Terms of Service

We make fursuit heads, full suits, handpaws, footpaws and tails. Heads are built on a 3D printed shell. Suits are sewn by hand, and markings are sewn in from separately colored fur rather than painted or airbrushed on.

Every listing states exactly what is in the box under “What you get”. That list is the contract. If a photograph shows something, it ships with the item.

Items are made to order rather than picked off a shelf, including our premade designs. New production runs start every Monday. We confirm the timing for your own order with you, and we will tell you if anything changes.

Each premade design is one of a kind. When it is gone it is gone, though we are happy to build the same design in your own colors as a custom commission.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are set on the listing. Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed when payment completes. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will refund it in full.

Our listing photographs are processed with AI, and we want you to know exactly what that does and does not change.

Every listing photograph starts as a real photograph of the actual item. AI processing is used to replace the workshop background with a clean studio backdrop and to correct the lighting. Some listings also include a view generated from a different camera angle, which is produced from that same photograph.

It is not used to change the item. Colors, markings, patterns, proportions and construction are the item as photographed. Every processed image is measured against the original photograph for color drift, and anything that moves beyond our threshold is rejected rather than published.

The plain version: the thing you receive is the thing in the photograph. If you ever receive an item that does not match its listing photographs, that is our error and we will make it right under section 7.

Character illustrations in the gallery are drawn from the finished suits and are shown as inspiration. They are artwork, not product renders, and they are never the thing being sold.

Heads, handpaws, footpaws and tails are one size fits most. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will check with you.

Full suits are made to your measurements. We will ask for them after you order. Giving us inaccurate measurements is the one fit problem we cannot fix for free, so please measure carefully or ask us how.

You keep all rights in your own character design. Sending us reference art gives us permission to use it only to build your suit.

You must have the right to commission the design. Please do not send us someone else’s character or an artist’s work you do not have permission to use.

We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and social media. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Because everything is made to order, we can only cancel an order before work begins. Contact us quickly and we will tell you honestly where your build is.

If something is wrong with it, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching its listing we will repair, replace or refund it, and we pay the return shipping. That is in addition to your statutory rights, which nothing here limits.

If there is nothing wrong with it, we cannot accept a return. Every item is built for the person who ordered it rather than picked off a shelf, so a change of mind leaves us with something nobody else can buy. Please use the photographs, the measurements and the color reference before you order, and email us if you are unsure. We would much rather answer questions first than take your money for the wrong thing.

Items are manufactured in China with US based support. International orders may attract import duties or taxes that are set by your own country and are not included in our prices. Those are the recipient’s responsibility.

We are not able to control customs delays. We will help you chase a parcel and will always tell you what we actually know rather than a comforting guess.

Any full suit can be built with a zip added at no extra cost. This option is for customers aged 18 or over. See the explainer. We add one only when you ask for it.

Fursuits get hot. Take breaks, drink water, and have a spotter in crowds or anywhere your vision is restricted. You are responsible for your own safety while wearing one.

Faux fur is not fire resistant. Keep it away from open flame, heaters, cigarettes and pyrotechnics.

Photographs, illustrations, text and branding on this site belong to us. Please do not republish them as your own. Sharing a listing, or posting a photo of the suit you bought, is always welcome.

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for loss caused by misuse, alteration, normal wear, or wearing a suit somewhere it is not safe to wear one.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the day you ordered, and the date at the top tells you which that is.

These terms are governed by the law of Florida.
