When you order. Your name, email, shipping address and order details. We need these to build the right thing and send it to the right place. For a full suit we also ask for body measurements, which we use for that build and nothing else.

When you ask about a custom. Whatever you put in the form: your name, email, an optional contact handle, and your description of the character. We also record the IP address the enquiry came from, purely to catch spam.

When you email us. The contents of your email, so we can reply.

If you consent to analytics. Usage data as described below.

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted checkout. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see it. Stripe handles that data as its own controller under its privacy policy.

We receive back only what we need to fulfil the order: confirmation of payment, the items bought, and the shipping details you gave Stripe.

We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which pages people find useful and whether our advertising works.

Neither loads until you accept. No analytics or advertising script runs on your first visit. Nothing is loaded, no identifier is set, and no request is made to Google or Meta until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Choosing Decline means those scripts are never loaded at all, and the site works exactly the same.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again. You can change it any time from the link in the footer, and clearing your browser data resets it.

We set no advertising or tracking cookies ourselves. Your cart and your cookie choice are kept in your browser’s own storage, not sent to us as cookies.

If you accept analytics, Google and Meta set their own cookies under their own policies. Stripe sets cookies needed to process a payment and prevent fraud when you check out.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Custom enquiries are kept while we are talking and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will.

Only the people needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our manufacturing partner and the shipping carrier. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anybody else’s marketing.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. Write to support@moonmawstudios.com and we will action it.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

This site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. The zip option described in our terms is for customers 18 or over.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your data will be announced on the site.
